GSP & Associates, Inc. was established in 1985 and has successfully met the needs of homeowners and businesses in Palm Beach County for over 22 years. The President, owner and qualifier of GSP & Associates, Inc., Glenn S. Percy, is a civil engineer and certified general contractor (CGC 009171) in the State of Florida (since 1974).   

GSP & Associates, Inc. specializes in the areas of additions and renovations for commercial and residential properties.   Glenn developed an expertise in this area by performing as a trusted consultant and expert witness in construction defect cases, a service GSP continues to provide to this day.
